The full story:
Max Noir is a Bucks County native, and an upcoming musician living in Uganda, East Africa. Max was born and raised in Ottsville and Doylestown, and comes from a family that is deeply engrained in the Bucks music community. Max’s father, Paul Boddy is a staple in the Bucks music scene, having hosted Blues Jams at Puck and Havana for many years, as well as performing in his blues band. Her mother, Janet Fecko is a piano teacher who has worked with countless children and adults over multiple decades, as well as hosted countless open mic nights and performed in bands.
Max has been a musician her entire life, but decided to finally pursue it professionally in early 2024 after multiple lay-offs in the tech industry. Finally deciding to pursue her true passion and happiness, Max has quickly garnered great success, having worked with many big players in the East African music industry, and having 3 songs on consistent rotation on Ugandan radio and TV stations. Her few releases thus far have racked up over half a million online streams.
Max’s social media following has exploded over the last year, earning over 100k new followers across platforms. Her success has inspired multiple micro investors to join her team, as well as a team of professionals who are working alongside her to build the brand. Max’s growing success in East Africa is very promising and exciting, but her ultimate goal is to grow her music career to a global level.
Max’s goal is to release her full, debut album in 2025. With the support of her local community, she hopes to gather the resources necessary to produce, distribute and promote her album successfully, reaching more people, and tapping into new markets where she can find success. All donors (excluding those who donate anonymously) will be thanked in the credits of all album music videos, and will be able to receive email updates of Max’s progress. Max will also send personalized video thank yous to all donors.
