Debunking Patriarchy: Connect with your authentic self beyond gender norms
Impact Hub Berlin’s Empower Now programme in partnership with TikTok is collaborating with Twisted Connection to invite you to a night of meaningful and playful connection to experience authenticity beyond gender norms.
We understand authenticity as our ability to express ourselves in a unique way based on our lived experiences and our personal stories. We believe that when we gain deeper self-knowledge about who we are as human beings, we can more confidently share our identity with the world and feel empowered to create value together with others.
Therefore, we are bringing you an evening to connect with your authentic self and to co-create generative dialogues with others to build a better future for all.
Through this event, we will share a new perspective to understand who we are as human beings. We will use a framework that proposes that we all have a feminine principle and a masculine principle and we will open the discussion of what that means beyond gender norms.
If we learn how these principles operate energetically, emotionally, mentally, and physically in ourselves then we can better define our unique expression in the world.
Social innovation is based on the motivation to bring about disruption to an existing system. Then join us to experience how to create disruption in an authentic, safer, and creative way!

Twisted Connection designs creative and playful learning and development workshops and programs to enable social innovation. We address organizational, team and leadership development challenges that come with business growth.
