Blues/Rocker DEBRA DEVI returns to Jamey's House of Music! American Blues Scene calls Debra Devi "one of today's top female blues-rock guitarists," comparing her to Samantha Fish and Susan Tedeschi. Devi plays "dreamy blues-rock and blistering psychedelic jams" (Relix) driven by her soulful voice and expressive guitar playing.
Live, she leads "a fiery guitar-driven band equally adept at soulful rockers and sprawling jams" (NY Music Daily). Devi's live EP, Jamification Station Vol. 1, captures her great band at full throttle. The EP reached #5 on the Relix/Jambands.com Top 30 Radio Chart.
Based in Jersey City, Devi has played festivals from Montana to Florida, and opened for Fantastic Cat, Jesse Malin, Ana Popovic, Marshall Crenshaw, Willie Nile and more. Her band includes Kevin Jones (bass), John Roccesano (drums) and Brian Rigby (keys).
