Expectations:
Death is a sacred topic and confidentiality will be respected.
Come with an open mind and heart. This topic can be difficult and we’re here to learn from our experiences, together.
This is not a support group (but appropriate resources will be provided as needed).
Bring materials to take notes.
Prerequisites:
Come prepared to share what your “Good Death” looks like.
Who do you want with you, or do you prefer solitude?
Where do you want to die?
What does your deathbed room look like?
How are your senses engaged, particularly, sound, smell, and touch?
Who is this class for?
Everyone!
For those interested in working in deathcare, need these services, or just want to learn, this is the class!
