Memories of what was, what never became and what we still long for.

Do you pause to meet yourself in the midst of it all?
We wanted to offer you a place to soften.
A breath outside the rush.
A moment to return to yourself to exhale what’s been heavy and make room for gentleness.

You’ll be guided through a death meditation, an inner journey inviting you to make peace with what you and your nervous system is ready to release — old patterns, identities, stories, burdens.
Not as an ending, but as the first inhale of something new.

Contraindications
Rebirthing breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional experiences. Please avoid the breathwork if you have:
– heart disease or high blood pressure
– respiratory conditions such as asthma or COPD
– pregnancy
– epilepsy or a history of seizures
– recent surgery or injuries that haven’t fully healed
– severe mental health conditions (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, extreme anxiety).
In these cases, 1:1 work is often a safer and more supportive option.
