Everyone is welcome to this free event and no registration is needed.
A Death Café is a facilitated gathering where people eat cake, drink tea or coffee, and talk openly about death and dying in a safe space aiming to increase awareness of mortality to help people live more fully and intentionally. It's not a grief support group or therapy, but a discussion group focused on increasing understanding and acceptance of death as a natural part of life, exploring personal experiences, fears, and hopes around the topic. The movement started in the UK in 2011 and has spread globally, offering a chance to break the taboo around discussing death.
