Our Death Cafe provides a safe and welcoming space for people from all walks of life to gather, share, and explore their thoughts and feelings about death. By opening up conversations around mortality while enjoying refreshments, we aim to reduce fear, normalize the topic, and ultimately live more meaningful lives. At our gatherings, we engage in thoughtful discussions to break the silence and taboo that often surround death. There are no lectures or agendas—just open dialogue, supportive company, and an opportunity to reflect on mortality in a non-judgmental environment.
Whether you’re processing personal experiences, seeking a deeper understanding of death, or simply want to listen and learn from others, you are welcome here. By talking about death, we hope to make the subject less intimidating and foster a community that values honest conversation, empathy, and connection.
Note:
This free event welcomes anyone who is interested, curious, terminally ill, or simply seeking a safe space to discuss death. We don’t follow an agenda, have an objective, or focus on a specific theme. It’s an open discussion group, not a grief support or counseling session. Our intention is not to lead participants toward any particular conclusion, product, or course of action—just to create space for meaningful conversations.
Donations are welcome!
