Through meditation, movement, writing and drawing as creative ritual, we’ll contemplate mortality as a teacher — a life force that invites us to live with deeper love, clarity, and courage.
When we turn toward death- literally and metaphorically- we find the pulse of what’s essential. In a time of pervasive uncertainty and collapse, death teaches us to soften into the unknown, to bow to change, and to let what matters most guide the shape of our living
Together we’ll:
- Reflect on the legacies we desire through drawing and writing our euologies- Meditate on our own mortality- Practice embodying change and bravery while holding our values dear through movement
