Welcome to "Dear Steve Hansen", not at all related to "Dear Evan Hansen", where Steve and Avery invite some of their nearest and dearest comedian and actor friends to belt musical theater numbers in a cabaret style show that's secretly also...an audition! Steve and Avery have been tasked with creating the ultimate show choir team to compete at Sectionals next week and heard that Ryan Murphy himself might be in the audience trying to find the next biggest thing in show choir. Will Steve and Avery succeed in finding the perfect team? Only time will tell...
HOST BIOS
STEVE HAN is an actor and comedian who went to the University of Chicago and isn't using his biology degree at all! You can find him on a variety of TV shows on networks such as FOX, Showtime, FX, NBC, Amazon Freevee, and more. He's was an actor/writer in the 2022 CBS Showcase and still performs and teaches with the Second City in Chicago.
AVERY GIRION was born and raised in Los Angeles, and always had a knack for making people laugh. She studied TV Writing and Production at Chapman University where she co-founded the school’s first satire newspaper. Now, she writes television (Disney) and performs comedy nationally with her sketch trio Babe Motel.
