About this Event

Course Overview

Hello. I am very glad to have met you here. Let us make ourselves comfortable and start this workshop. We will consider goals that every person sets for oneself. And I believe we will get it done together.

Topics covered in this course

Behaviours in a Challenging Work Environment

We will consider egos that are feasting away in your office. Advise steps to develop a professional culture.

Understanding What Constitutes a Hostile Work Environment

They will learn about the agencies, obligations and sources of authority underlying lace-works.

Effective Human Communication Techniques

By the end of this session, participants will have tools that will help them have great communicating experiences! We’ll discuss how to communicate various situations: crisis or emergency settings, field or missions. At the end, everyone is ready to face any challenge.

Managing Challenging Situations

Aggressive emotions can undermine relationships and reputation. Yet crisis management techniques can help participants avoid these pitfalls. In this session we will examine the ways in which these techniques equip participants to navigate conflict in hostile environments.

Crisis Management Strategies

In this session participants gain insight into how to prepare for, and appropriately handle, crisis situations. Participants are invited to role play realistic situations and interact with others before being given the opportunity to practice de-escalation techniques that improve facilitative responses for handling difficult situations.

Conclusion of the Workshop

Near the end of your session today students will learn something. Decide how what they’ve learned is going to be used to take action (or what they are going to do with it). You can also discuss any remaining questions students might have.
