About this Event
We all have difficult people to deal with, whether they are colleagues, clients, family members or even our partner. Often the dynamic in the relationship has been established over a period of time and is difficult to change. We may find it hard to accept their behaviour because we cannot understand why they act or respond in the way they do towards us. This confusion makes it almost impossible to see clearly how to change and improve things.
Buddha explains clear methods for taking control and realising that we can change our relationship with others by changing the way we view them. In this meditation based course, we will explore some powerful meditations for viewing others more constructively that will enable us to respond to what they do more effectively. Practicing and becoming familiar with these meditations give us freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
Drawing on many years of experience, Nicola will share timeless methods and meditations derived from Kadampa Buddhist teachings, that will help us improve the challenging relationships in our lives.
