Dealing with Breakups: For Teens and Caregivers

Join the YWCA for a night all about the difficulty of dealing with breakups - both friendships and relationships. We’ll have special sessions each for teens and for parents/adults.
Teens: Spend time in a space just for you doing hands-on activities all about self-care and coping. Have fun with other teens gaining useful tools and ideas for feeling better after a breakup.
Parents/Adults: Let’s talk about why it’s so important to help teens develop these skills while they’re still young. We want you to leave with confidence and understanding as you support your teens through future breakups and relationship issues.
