About this Event

The Winter Light Festival sprawls across Portland from Feb. 7th - 15th. The final day is the Lantern Procession from World Trade Center to Pioneer Square. DLC's tour guide, Chris Balduc, invites you to meet him close by at the Salmon Fountain on 2/15 at 6:00pm. We will join the Lantern Procession and walk to Pioneer Square, see amazing artworks, then walk back to World Trade Center, stopping along the way to see the illunimated exibits. Bring water, warm clothes and comfortable shoes. This is an accessible and inclusive event for Portland's Deaf community and its allies and families.
