There is a possibility for some change depending on group sizes, either too large or too small. Ideally, girls will practice on one side and the boys will practice on another, unless the groups are too small and need to be joined. Scrimmages will be coed.

⚔️ Optional scrimmages available for players wanting extra match experience
Each week focuses on core skill development — from advanced dribbling and passing precision to shooting under pressure and decision-making — all taught by certified PTA coaches in a structured, high-energy environment.
