!!DEADLINE TO TURN IN YOUR CAMERAS: October 7, 2024!!B&W DISPOSABLE CAMERA CHALLENGE
We're bringing this back again in 2024! To make it a little easier, you can handle your own camera purchases this year (see links at the bottom.)
Purchase as many cameras as you like, but you can only submit up to 2 for developing. Deadline to turn cameras in is on or before our meeting on October 7, 2024. We'll have them processed for you and the negatives as well as digital scans will be returned to you after our showcase during the December holiday social. All developing will be handled by Photopia (we'll share details on cost, etc once we have that info), so all you need to do for now is purchase your cameras and start photographing.
YOU MUST USE THE SPECIFIC CAMERA SELECTED FOR THIS CHALLENGE (see purchase links below): Kodak Professional Tri-X 400 Black and White Negative Film Single Use Camera, 27 Exposures.
Images may be of any subject, with or without the on-camera flash. These do tend to work better with lots of daylight, but feel free to get creative!
Turn in your exposed cameras (up to 2 per person) no later than Oct 7, 2024.
You'll get 3 points for each camera you submit, and the best images from each camera will be featured in a highlight reel at our December holiday social.
