Jennifer's Journey is a top fundraising group for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Maryland Chapter. Jennifer was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at only six weeks old and credits her time spent fundraising as what's kept her alive. Jennifer and her team are dedicated to raising money to aid in finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. They have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to fund cystic fibrosis research through local events.
