Finished with a 20 year aged Modena Balsamic.
Seared Scallops:
Isabelle and Lillee U 10 Scallops seared and served on cheesy parsnip purée.
Finished with a bacon/black truffle foam
Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein
Thin slices of pork dipped in seasoned flour and shallow fried.
Served on a bed of spaetzle with sautéed onions and mushrooms.
Finished with a lemon caper sauce
