de Youngsters Day Out
Saturday, March 5, 2022, 9:30 am - 5:15 pm

We invite you, and all Bay Area families, to attend the de Youngsters Day Out on Saturday, March 5, 2022. This year’s event is inclusive to every Bay Area family and free of charge. The in-person, all-day event will include hands-on art-making activities, in-gallery conversations and entertainment led by teaching artists and community partners, collaborations with local contemporary artists interpreting our permanent collection, and live performances and music in Wilsey Court!

Proceeds from the event will support our Equity Schools Partnership Project, which provides in-classroom instructional support, art supplies, and transportation for students who do not typically visit the de Young.

Event supporters kick off the celebrations with family-friendly fare provided by McCalls Catering & Events.


In order to make this event open to all families, we need your support.
