Constant stress, whether this comes from family, work or personal issues all have a profound and lasting impact on your physical and mental health. All of which can surface in erratic moods, poor sleep and appetite problems.
It can even cause heart disease.
At this workshop we will be looking at:
- The impacts of stress
- Good Stress vs bad stress
- Tools to de-stress.
The workshops will be facilitated by our workshop lead Magda Breitkopf and include a de-stressing physical activity followed by a restful meditation.
You will enjoy a tranquil environment, surrounded by great company, with healthy snacks and herbal teas all experienced in the comfort and safety of our Shakti Suite.
