De-Stress Is My Disco Community Event

We believe that wellbeing doesn’t follow one rhythm, it follows yours. So, whether de-stress is your disco or sleep is your soundtrack, this is your moment to slow down and tune into what makes you feel good this season.

Within your two-hour session, you’ll experience a 20-minute guided sound bath – the ultimate wellbeing drop track to help you tune into less stress and more balance. You’ll also have time to unwind in the café, enjoy seasonal pastries and drinks, and connect with our wonderful NEOM Wellbeing community in a beautifully relaxing setting filled with festive sparkle.

Your £5 ticket is a charitable donation, with all proceeds going to our Christmas charity partner - the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund. 💛
