Join us for a rejuvenating day at Sale Water Park, where we invite you to unwind and reconnect with nature. Leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in the tranquility of this beautiful parkland.
Mindfulness is simply paying attention and enjoying the sights, sounds, smells and touch of nature. We will do this through walking, meditation and nature connection activities which will promote more stillness, joy and peace.
No prior experience of mindfulness needed.
The walk will be led by Lilasuri, a qualified mindfulness teacher and nature connection guide.
Check the weather before coming in case you need wet weather gear and please wear sturdy footwear.
