About the instructor:
Hans is one of ’s all encompassing coaches and fitness experts. Since 2017, Hans has been teaching BellaVita classes for all ages ranging from yoga, HIIT, mat pilates, general wellbeing/self improvement and mindfulness. He has led meditation/stress-reduction workshops for several BellaVita clients including Bumble, Scholastic, RXR & more. He is also a writer for various recovery and treatment center publications around the country, spreading his unique style of health and wellness.
