The popular culinary tasting and pairing event features signature soups and select beverage pairings from your favorite downtown De Pere restaurants and eateries. Restaurants will sample their best soup recipes paired with select beverage pairings including beer, wine, cocktails, tea and more.Competition is in the air for local chefs as they compete for the coveted Golden Ladle award. Vote for your favorite soup and help select this year’s winner of the best soup of 2024. Wissota Chophouse is the reigning 2023 champ.
Help fight hunger by dropping off non-perishable food items to participating locations the day of the event. Canned food items will be donated to the De Pere Food Pantry. Proceeds from the event help fund Definitely De Pere’s many programs and events that enhance economic development and quality of life downtown De Pere.
