WHAT IS DE-ARMOURING?
De-Armouring is a holistic healing modality that helps you to release negative thought patterns, unhealthy behaviours, physical tension, and repressed emotions.
We utilise a combination of touch, breath, sound, movement and meditation, through massage, trigger point release, and stretching to open up the body so our life force can flow unobstructed and create the life we want to have.
Blending ancient wisdom and modern science, we will work with all layers of the body - emotional, physical, mental, and energetic - along with our s.x.ual energy to rewire the nervous system and enhance our ability to feel more pleasure.

This training offers practical, hands-on, experiential learning!
We offer an in-depth journey into De-Armouring and related practices with live demonstrations. You will practice the techniques step by step by exchanging supervised De-Armouring sessions with other participants, both in the role of giver and receiver.

✵ Sunny Ju - Lead Facilitator
Sunny Ju, founder of De-Armouring Trainings & Retreats, and co-creatress of Female Xploration, is an international Embodiment educator. With over 20 years of experience in trauma informed Body-, Breath- and Energywork, and working with thousands of clients, Sunny believes that listening to the body is the missing key to soul-satisfying relationships, mind-altering sεx, and heart-felt happiness.
With a focus on De-Armouring, Sunny guides groups and individuals through deeply transformational processes, towards breaking free from conditioning, opening up the body and finding peace and joy. Her work boils down to developing an integrated approach to the physical and emotional, and nurturing true intimacy as key to connection with self and others.
Sunny’s expertise, depth and clarity, always infused with curiosity and playfulness, are inspirational. She emphasises authenticity, intuition and vulnerability while deeply feeling and listening to whatever is in the space energetically.
✵ Thomas Christian Dehn - Core Team Assistant
Thomas is a bodyworker based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has extended experience in De-Armouring and is deepening his practice within our De-Armouring mentoring program.
Thomas is a student of the Tantric Arts with an academic background. He has integrated De-Armouring into his work as a tantra masseur. His curious soul and strong intuition make him a great addition to our team.
✵ Camila - Sound Healer and Cacaoista
Camila is a Sweden-based trained opera singer and sound worker with roots in Colombia and Australia. Coming from a long lineage of healers, she will use her magical voice, crystal bowls, and other instruments to help you integrate and balance your system. Experience the marshmallow-like richness and abundance of clay-rich earth, the sensuous meandering of water, the raw expanding force of fire, the soft touch of air, and the dreamy suspension of ether. She will also have the pleasure of sharing the medicine of her ancestors, cacao, in heart-opening ceremonies that will help you connect deeply with yourself, the earth that hold us, and others.
