If you're a writer navigating the often arduous experience of publishing, this event is for you. The DC Writers' Salon A&A Q&A (agent & author question & answer) series provides writers with opportunities to hear from experienced folks on different facets of the publishing world.
For our July event, we're featuring literary agent Emily Williamson on Thursday, July 25th.
Emily represents a variety of projects in non-fiction and fiction, working with major publishers, university presses, and boutique imprints alike to find the perfect home for her clients’ work. She began her editing career in 2011 with Chrysalis Editorial in D.C. and founded Williamson Literary in 2016, driven by the desire to help great writers achieve their publishing goals.
We'll start with snacks and refreshments, our guest speaker will give a 30 minute talk, then we'll follow that with a Q&A discussion and mingling.
