Meet us this summer in Mosaic District every Wednesday from June 5 through August 28 for lululemon Rooftop Sweat Summer Series.

Find community + sweat with us on Wednesday August 28th from 5:30-6:15pm for a BASH Boxing workout with Caroline Ruckstuhl.

BASH Boxing! - First timer or fitness vet, we know that everyone was once a beginner; and at BASH we’re all in this together. Using timed boxing intervals & high energy functional exercises– BASH is the ultimate full-body burn. Our program is designed to help you move better while you’re sweatin’ with us & throughout your daily life. With three daily focuses – endurance, strength, & power – no two workouts are ever the same here at BASH.

As part of this year's Summer Sweat Series, the lululemon team at Mosaic continuing the tradition of bringing accessible, consistent, and reliable wellness events to the Mosaic and Northern Virginia community.
