About this Event

Meet us this summer in Mosaic District every Tuesday from June 3 through August 27 for lululemon Yoga in the Park Summer Series.

Find community + sweat with us on Tuesday July 30th from 5:30-6:15pm and flow with Michelle Nguyen as they lead you through an All Levels Rocket Vinyasa flow.

This 45 min. vinyasa style class is for all levels. Typical class to include warm up, classic sun salutation As, standing poses, seated series, core work, hip openers, and back bends. Expect to synchronize movement and breath in this well-balanced series of postures.

As part of this year's Summer Sweat Series, the lululemon team at Mosiac continuing the tradition of bringing accessible, consistent, and reliable wellness events to the Mosaic and Northern Virginia community.
