Meet us this summer in Mosaic District every Tuesday from June 3 through August 27 for lululemon Yoga in the Park Summer Series.

Find community + sweat with us on Tuesday July 23rd from 5:30-6:15pm flow with Anh Truong Craver as they lead you through a Rhythm & Release Yoga flow.

In this rejuvenating outdoor setting - certified yoga instructor, Anh Truong Craver, will guide you through a harmonious blend of breath work, flowing asanas, and mindful meditation. Feel the earth beneath your feet as you ground yourself in each pose, drawing strength and energy from the natural world around you.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, classes are open to all levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive community. Soak up the sun's rays, breathe in the fresh air, and let go of the stresses of daily life as you immerse yourself in the present moment.
