Meet us this summer in Mosaic District every Tuesday from June 3 through August 27 for lululemon Yoga in the Park Summer Series.
Find community + sweat with us on Tuesday July 16th from 5:30-6:15pm flow with Kat Buechel as they lead you through an All Levels Vinyasa Flow.
This dynamic, all levels class builds heat, strength and flexibility. Move through a series of postures strung together in creative sequences designed to help you find proper alignment and connection to your breath cultivating mindfulness through a continuous flow.
As part of this year's Summer Sweat Series, the lululemon team at Mosiac continuing the tradition of bringing accessible, consistent, and reliable wellness events to the Mosaic and Northern Virginia community.
