Meet Our Speakers:
- Abby Powell: As the dynamic Assistant Director of Events & Operations at the Loveland Downtown District since November 2017, Abby Powell brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the table. A proud Colorado native and Colorado State University alum, Abby has been a cornerstone of the Loveland community, tirelessly organizing unforgettable local events since 2004. When she’s not orchestrating the heartbeat of downtown Loveland, you can find her embracing the great outdoors with her three adventurous kiddos on their charming small farm. Whether hiking breathtaking trails or camping under the stars, Abby's love for nature and family shines through in everything she does.
- Sean Hawkins: With a passion for community development, Sean Hawkins has served as the Executive Director of the Loveland Downtown District since August 2018. A distinguished graduate of both the University of Kentucky and the University of Montana, Sean’s impressive career spans several states, where he has made significant strides in downtown, economic, and tourism development in vibrant locations like Missoula, MT, Corydon, IN, and Yakima, WA. When he’s not busy championing Loveland’s growth, Sean treasures quality time spent in the mountains with his young son, Jack, exploring the great outdoors and discovering the best taprooms across the front range.
