About this Event
@2:50 - Eastern Time US and Canada - Ten minutes of daily mindfulness @2:50 PM EST every day
Why @2:50? Because,
- chronic uncertainty may cause anxiety, stress, or health issues;
- a mindfulness practice fosters equanimity in the face of change;
- your plate of ‘to-dos’ can likely wait ten minutes.
This is an open webinar that anyone can join on any day. Launched at MIT (Cambridge, MA), the event has gained a global daily following. @2:50 is secular and does not promote any creed, sect, organization, or ideology.
You are welcome to get tickets to serve as reminders or use one of the URLs to join. @2:50 has been offered every day since 12 March 2020 and now occurs in two time zones at 2:50 pm every day.
