Learn several types of stuffed pasta in this workshop. Led by Chef AlyssaLearn to make and roll egg pasta dough. Then learn to create several different shapes including Tortellini, Agnolotti, Ravioli and Caramelle. Guests will utilize the flavors of summer and learn ways to create sauces to create finished dishes.
Most of the pastas prepared are intended to go home with participants. Following class, you will have the option of cooking one of your pastas to enjoy!
