This retreat is designed as a deep inner experience – a day to slow down, breathe, and come home to your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you are seeking emotional release, spiritual insight, or simply a moment of presence and peace, this space is for you.
🕘 ScheduleThe retreat takes place from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is guided by Alexander Boxer.If you choose to attend without Kambo, your day begins at 1:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM.
🌿 What’s Included
Kambo Ceremony (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)Kambo is a traditional Amazonian practice using the secretion of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog. It is applied to the skin and known for its powerful detoxifying and immune-boosting effects. This optional morning session can help clear deep blockages and reset your physical and energetic system.
RapéhA sacred plant medicine from the Amazon, Rapé is a fine powder blown gently into the nose. It can calm the mind, center your focus, and open you to deeper awareness and connection.
SanangaThese eye drops, made from sacred plants, are used to clear both physical and energetic vision. Sananga may help you let go of inner tension and expand your perception, inside and out.
Breathwork-SessionThrough guided, conscious breathing, you’ll enter a deep state of presence and release. Breathwork supports emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and access to expanded states of awareness. It is a powerful tool for inner transformation.
Nourishing MealA small selection of healthy snacks and tea will be available during the break. Just enough to gently support your body without interrupting the flow of the day.

This retreat can be held in English, German, or Russian depending on the needs of the group. No matter what language you speak, you will feel seen, supported, and welcome. Alexander holds space with clarity, care, and presence — so that everyone can feel safe and fully included.
