Join Master Gardeners for a celebration of daylilies. These stunning flowers might just be the ideal perennials: they grow rapidly, live long, and they grace the garden with a spectacular array of color combinations throughout an extended blooming season. Learn about the best planting and cultural practices, and then take a leisurely stroll through our gardens, where you will see over eighty cultivars of these glamorous summer divas in all their splendor!
During this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, participants will gain insights into the desired attributes of daylilies, followed by a guided garden tour. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and walking outside. Given the limited availability of street parking, carpooling is suggested.
