The WFC - D are running a boxing session for the Daylesford & Ballarat Ambulance Social Clubs. It will involve teaching some basic skills, non-contact Go!Box and maybe some sparring. BBQ afterwards (BYO drinks or beer to purchased at the event). Cost $5/person. Please let Baydon Beddoe know if you are attending or helping out. 🥊🙂
