DayLab, DanceWorks Chicago's version of a One-Day Workshop, is open to dancers 15+ working at an advanced/professional level. Join us IRL and immerse yourself in a welcoming environment geared to addressing your body, mind, and spirit! Discover and share inspiration through training, artistic exploration, and connecting with your peers, including DanceWorks Chicago dancers!
SCHEDULE (all times Central):
10am-11:15am: Ballet with DWC Artistic Director Julie Nakagawa
11:15am-11:30am: break
11:30am-1:30pm: NEW DWC rep and JAM Circle (how Dance360!!!) with Guest Choreographer Charissa-Lee Barton!
1:30pm-2:15pm, Seminar with Julie and Dance360 Program Director Sara Bibik
2:15pm-2:30pm, break
2:30pm-3pm, informal showing of Charissa’s new work Mutter Matters! Be the first to see the piece that Team DWC will premiere in St. Louis at the Spring to Dance Festival!

Registration is OPEN! Space is limited to 12 dancers in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and best practices!
