Join us for a day trip to the Alcatraz Island. We know many of us locals have not seen Alcatraz despite having lived here for some years, and we also know there are a lot of you in the SF bay area for your internship or because you have just moved here. Meet us at 10:30am at Pier 33. Detailed information at link above, please read carefully. If you miss us, ferries come every half hour and you can find us on the island.
No food options available on the island, though snacks will be available for purchase on the ferry. We will eat at the elegant and relaxed Hillstone Restaurant, just across Pier 33, upon return from the island. You decide whether to join us for just the Alcatraz tour or also for food after.
