“The John Peel of dance music" - DJ Mag �Yogi is a genuine database of dance music, from northern soul to house music, a DJ/producer/promoter, originally from Manchester now residing in Edinburgh, Yogi Haughton is generally regarded by many as the man that brought house and techno to Scotland in the mid 80's. It's been a long time since Yogi has played in Dundee (quite possibly was the last time we had him dj at On Air East around the yr2000) and we are looking forward to him bringing his MFSB boogie / disco / house vibe to the Day Thing at The Small Town Club.
Stellar support from our very own Craig Thomson who has been pushing good vibes on the platter since 92 with a deep love of all music from Chicago, Detroit , Philly and Stobie. Craig was a staple in The Reading Rooms with his Going Back To Our Roots nights , always dabbled n production and now runs the label Begbie’s Trainers showcasing local talent. What’s not to like?
