Join us for an afternoon of deep exploration and meaningful interaction where men and women will come together to expand their awareness, communication, and capacity for connection through guided exercises designed to foster openness, trust, and self-discovery.

This event invites you to:

• Explore the edges of your comfort zone in relationships and communication, and expand your capacity for vulnerability and authentic expression.
• Engage in paired and group practices that will help you cultivate presence, deep listening, and curiosity as you connect with others on a deeper level.
• Reflect on how you can create more spaciousness in your life for emotional, mental, and relational growth, and how expanding yourself can lead to more fulfilling, meaningful connections.

The theme of expansion invites us to break free from old patterns and barriers that limit connection with ourselves and others. Through this journey, we will explore new possibilities for deeper intimacy, empathy, and understanding while cultivating a supportive, inclusive community.

Whether you’re new to authentic relating or a seasoned participant, this event offers a welcoming space to expand your self-awareness and enrich your relationship with yourself and those around you.

We will be exploring:
🔮 Circling and Authentic Relating to open our hearts in connection with ourselves and others

Ecstatic Dance to move our bodies and welcome everything as we integrate our shares with Authentic Relating ~

🎶 Sound Healing to surrender to the frequency and bring ourselves to a state of complete relaxation

🌬️💨Cacao Ceremony A healing ceremony with cacao plant to open the Heart and self-exploration, where we will be meditating and connect with our intentions while enjoying delicious Cacao from Guatemala.

🔥 🧊Cold Plunge and Sauna to reset the nervous system

🍱 Nourishment from snacks to replenish and revitalize

This event will be held at Pura Vida Wellness in West Palm Beach, Florida.

About the Facilitators:

Mari (Mariane Pinto) is a Yoga Teacher, Retreat Leader, Thaibody Worker, and Ceremony Alchemist. She also loves community and has been facilitating international Yoga Retreats for the past 3 years, this is her first retreat series in Florida close to her community, she is super excited to bring her magic into this sacred space and celebrate Community!

Jennayni is a Peruvian mystic and DJ producer and will be guiding us with her amazing tunes for Ecstatic Dance and also guiding us during our contrast therapy.

Ava - Yoga Teach and Cacao ceremonialist based on South Florida, she is the Cacao Queen.

Info: We will open the event with a group meditation and welcoming circle. We will then dive into several Authentic Relating activities that aim to bring people together in a more genuine approach. Authentic Relating is the practice of freely expressing your true experience in the company of others. Expressing in this way enables you to create connections in the world based on who you really are.

Info: Ecstatic Dance held ny Jeanniny and Sound Healing Led by Mari, you will be soothed in a sound bath where you can stretch and relax to allow the frequencies to soothe and relax you.

Info: Having a light snack with complex carbohydrates before a cold plunge can provide your body with sustained energy but don't go overboard! A heavy meal or full stomach directly before a cold plunge can lead to discomfort during immersion and can make the cold water feel even more intense and potentially cause nausea.

Info: Cold plunge and sauna contrast therapy, often referred to as contrast hydrotherapy, involves alternating between hot and cold temperatures. Reported benefits include: improved circulation, enhance muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, improved skin health, and boosted metabolism. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete 3 rounds of cold plunge (2 min.) and sauna (10 min.).
