This day retreat will allow you to re centre yourself and to cultivate a sense of calm within. Set in tranquil space of Parehua Resort, Martinborough you will enjoy a day of trauma sensitive workshops. These will include trauma sensitive yoga practice, group havening workshop specifically for trauma, guided meditation session and another wellness workshop for your mental wellbeing.
