This 1-day event will be held at the beautiful Dunadry hotel near Belfast. This special fall-equinox workshop will feature lessons on Tiger-style Qigong (for the Metal Element, Lungs, and Immune System), as well as focusing on the New-Energy New-Reality theme for practice. Lunch, tea, and snacks will be fully catered, and are included in the price. This workshop will run from 9am to 5pm on Sunday.
