We will take it slow, no rushing, just fully replenishing your self-care cup. Each practice is specially curated, drawing from my extensive knowledge of neuroscience, trauma, and healing, combined with spirituality and sisterhood.
With minimal talking and a focus on inner care, you will leave the day feeling renewed and ready for the week ahead like never before.
This will be the Sunday you finally do something deeply nourishing for yourself, rather than always tending to others.
Instead of a traditional yoga practice, we will engage in somatic exercises to help you shift from your head to your body.
Each practice is designed for you to continue at home, leaving you with a self-care toolkit to tend to yourself.
