It is an incredible time to be alive. And we are all working with intense amounts of energy moving through our systems moment to moment. For many of us, this manifests in anxiety, depletion, overwhelm, intense emotional swings, physical symptoms, and overall imbalance.
The way we can navigate this tremendous collective reality is to come together and remember love. Remember our light and our capacity to heal our bodies, minds, and hearts. Come spend your Saturday in between the holidays being nourished from the inside out. This day is carefully curated in order to support each person holistically and wholly.
