We are back - October 19th, 10 - 4pm A gorgeous day of movement, nature, connection, and nourishment for body and mind.
The day will include gentle yoga, nature connections in Stanmer Woods, vegan lunch and yoga nidra. My intention is for the day to be inclusive, trauma sensitive and kind. I've been holding these days for a few years now and am always so grateful by the wonderful feedback about these days.
