Day Retreat Arriesjön🌿This whole event is taking place in a serene and peaceful nature-reserve called Arriesjön. The lake is surrounded by wonderful trees and chirping birds. A place to just be among the dreamy fields of Skåne.
We, Tobias and Dennis has known each other since childhood. Along the way we have discovered tools that has helped us along the way. Such as:
- Sauna with aufguss
- Breathwork with instrumental live music
- Meditation
- SUP
We feel honored to and grateful to be able to share these helpful tools with you!
We will begin with a meet and greet by the shore. Tobias will explain how to SUP. We will then Stand Up Paddle in the picturesque lake and slowly make our way to the floating sauna, which is next to a secluded island! Here we will get sweaty and enjoy a relaxing aufguss with crystal singing bowls and guidance. After a few rounds and when we feel ready we’ll row back to mainland by boat. Here we’ll walk in silence among the green hills and flowers. Leading back to the shore where Tobias will guide us through a meditation for inner peace. Followed by a breathwork journey with instrumental live music by Dennis. A full body treat for the nervous system and also the mind.
The whole day will end with space to reflect and share.
