This will be the 3rd annual overnight camping immersion called the Day One Drop In (make this “Day 1 of the rest of your new life”… get it??) featuring community sourced workshops in art breath meditation yoga sound healing vocal empowerment somatic embodiment and more followed by DJ’s and special guests offering rhythms and vibe to move you deep into the night.
