About this Event
A full day to care for body, mind, and spirit. From 12:00–6:00 PM, TAOU Studio will transform into a retreat with a rotating schedule of wellness classes*, a communal altar curated by TAOU Studio and collaborating artists, and a peaceful quiet room.
The connectiveness, remembrance, and community practices of this day are designed to help you ground, renew, and restore — in the spirit of the Altars Festival.
As the sun sets, stay for an intimate Tiny Desk–style performance (6:00–8:00 PM) featuring local musicians and special guests.
One day pass gives you access to the entire day — take part in as many classes, sessions, and performances as you like, or simply rest in the quiet room.
