Day of well-being and creativity

For the occasion of the International Day of Women’s rights we offer a whole day of well-being and creativity on the 9th March 2024 (Saturday).

The objective of the day is to spend a pleasant moment between women exchange and broaden your sense of observation.

Always looking for new fulfilling experiences and tools for personal development a day full of activities is offered by coaches teachers artists specialised in different domains.

We have a vision of creating a unique experience where the well-being of women is in the center through conversations movements dance art workshops and healthy way-of-living which are in harmony with this point of view.

A day of well-being and creativity where you can freely be Yourself and from where you can go home relaxed and ready for action because you have discovered some new ways of living better your life. We would like to create a space and opportunity for people to spend some time with consciousness mindfulness relaxation recreation personal development togetherness and sisterhood.
