Join us as we explore the iconic traditional frame drums for healing and relaxation on the historic land of West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village.Experience how relaxing and enjoyable drumming as a group can be, as humans have throughout time.
Your hosts Claire and Benny will share some simple, yet powerful ways of working with these beautiful deer skin drums to improve our health and connection to everything. People all over the world work with these drums to honour life transitions, journeying, healing and prayer.
We will explore these areas in more depth throughout the day in smaller groups, and as one. The day will end with a drumming session in the Main Hall in the Anglo-Saxon Village.
We will be outside all day and freshly gathered herbal teas will be provided. Lunch is not provided.
