About this Event

Join us for the annual Day of the Deadlift. If you are new to strength training or have not yet started, this is a chance to get a free session taught and coached by professional strength coaches. Come set a new deadlift PR and see if you can pull more than our national leaders' board. There will be food, candy, costumes, and adult beverages for members. If you're interested in joining the gym, this is a great chance to meet the members and coaches or just tour the facility.

Whether you're a fan of strength or just want to see us in silly costumes, this is the chance to check out Starting Strength Omaha.
